Voncil happened into the medical coding and billing arena by chance.  Wanting more than an accounting background she took a chance studying Heath Information Technology.  During the course of obtaining her degree she learned medical coding and billing.  

Voncil continued on her healthcare track managing the billing offices of a longstanding Federally Qualified Health Center and a prestigious Cardiology Practice in the Kansas City, MO area.  Voncil has been a coding and billing instructor for several years presenting and educating students at various colleges in the Kansas City area.  Voncil is also a Licensed Instructor approved by the American Academy of Professional Coders.

After an unexpected turn of events Voncil was able to fulfill her goal of becoming a healthcare consultant after years of studying, researching and receiving training from long time mentors. 

Although the position was rewarding the opportunity presented for Voncil to own and manage Compliance First Solutions. 

The endless headlines of fraud and misconduct motivated Voncil to provide an educational service to assist providers and organizations in keeping up with ongoing healthcare regulations. 

Voncil takes great pride in knowing that at the helm of things she has control in making decisions. Voncil is a very principled professional and will not compromise her ethics for financial gain or for the sake of saving a business.
