III. Compliance First employees shall pursue their professional activities with honesty, fairness and diligence.

IV.  Compliance First employees shall not make misleading, deceptive or false statements or claims about their professional qualifications, experience or performance.

V.  Compliance First employees shall not mislead contracting organizations about the results that can be achieved through the use of their services. 

VI. Compliance First employees shall not reveal information obtained during the course of their professional activities. 

VII.  Compliance First employees shall not disclose without consent confidential information about the business affairs or technical processes of any present or former contracting organization. 

VIII.  Compliance First employees shall not attempt to damage, maliciously, falsely, directly or indirectly the professional reputation, prospects, practice or employment opportunities of other compliance professionals. 

IX.  Compliance First employees shall take care to avoid any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest; to disclose them when they cannot be avoided and remove them wherever and whenever possible 

X.  Compliance First employees shall have current knowledge of all relevant fields that reasonably might be expected and shall remain current by partaking in continuing education and professional development activities.
