Compliance First employees strive to promote the most effective means to achieve compliance.  Compliance First encourages work with legal counsel to protect confidentiality of  information and to minimize litigation risk.  This notice informs you of how patient information may be used and the rare instances information may be disclosed. 

 Information obtained by the billing staff may be used and disclosed  for activities that are necessary to receive payment for provider services, such as determining insurance coverage, billing, payment and collection, claims management, and medical data processing. 

 We may disclose information in response to a court or administrative order, a valid subpoena, discovery request, civil or criminal proceedings, or other lawful process.

Information obtained by Compliance First consultants will be used for the sole operational purpose of compliance analysis. 

Compliance Analysis records received are copied and identifying information removed.

Health Records submitted for compliance analysis are destroyed upon completion of contracted project.
